28. அப்பொழுது நான் பிடுங்கவும் இடிக்கவும் நிர்மூலமாக்கவும் அழிக்கவும் தீங்குசெய்யவும் அவர்கள் பேரில் எப்படி ஜாக்கிரதையாயிருந்தேனோ, அப்படியே கட்டவும் நாட்டவும் அவர்கள்பேரில் ஜாக்கிரதையாயிருப்பேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

28. கடந்த காலத்தில், நான் இஸ்ரவேலையும் யூதாவையும் கண்காணித்தேன். ஆனால், நான் அவர்களை வெளியே பிடுங்கிப்போடும் காலத்துக்காகவும் பார்த்திருந்தேன். நான் அவர்களைக் கிழித்துப்போட்டேன். நான் அவர்களை அழித்தேன். நான் அவர்களுக்குப் பல தொல்லைகளைக் கொடுத்தேன். ஆனால், இப்பொழுது நான் அவர்களைக் கட்டவும் பலமாகச் செய்யவும் கவனிப்பேன்" என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.
