13. மனாசே கர்த்தரிடம் கெஞ்சி தன்னைக் காப்பாற்றும்படி ஜெபித்தான். கர்த்தர் அவனது வேண்டுகோளை கேட்டார். அவனுக்காக வருத்தப்பட்டார். பிறகு கர்த்தர் அவனை எருசலேமிற்குத் திரும்பி தனது சிங்காசனத்தில் அமரும்படிச்செய்தார். பின்னர் கர்த்தர்தான் உண்மையான தேவன் என்பதை மனாசே தெரிந்துகொண்டான்.
