14. அந்தக் காலம் முழுவதும் நான் யூதாவின் ஆளுநராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டபோது, நானும் என் சகோதரர்களும் ஆளுநருக்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்டிருந்த உணவை உண்ணவில்லை. எனது உணவை வாங்குவதற்கான வரியைக் கட்டுமாறு நான் ஜனங்களைப் பலவந்தப்படுத்தவில்லை. நான், அர்தசஷ்டா அரசனான இருபதாம் ஆண்டு முதல் முப்பத்திரெண்டாம் ஆண்டுவரை ஆளுநராக இருந்தேன். நான் 12 ஆண்டுகள் யூதாவின் ஆளுநராக இருந்தேன்.
