22. எதினால் என்று கர்த்தர் அதைக் கேட்டார். அப்பொழுது அது: நான் போய், அவனுடைய தீர்க்கதரிசிகள் எல்லாரின் வாயிலும் பொய்யின் ஆவியாய் இருப்பேன் என்றது. அதற்கு அவர்: நீ அவனுக்குப் போதனைசெய்து அப்படி நடக்கப்பண்ணுவாய்; போய் அப்படிச் செய் என்றார்.

22. கர்த்தர், ‘எவ்வாறு செய்வாய்?’ என்று கேட்டார். அதற்கு அவது, ‘நான் தீர்க்கதரிசிகளைக் குழப்பி பொய் சொல்லுமாறு செய்வேன். அவர்கள் பேசுவதெல்லாம் பொய்’ என்றது. உடனே அவர், ‘போய் ஆகாபை ஏமாற்று. நீ வெற்றிபெறுவாய்’ என்றார்” என்றான்.
