28. தேவன் சொன்னார்: ‘மனுபுத்திரனே, எனக்காக ஜனங்களிடம் கூறு, இவற்றைச் சொல், "எனது கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் அம்மோன் ஜனங்களிடமும் அவர்களின் அவமானத்திற்குரிய பொய்த் தேவனிடமும் இவற்றைச் சொல்கிறார்: ‘பார், ஒரு வாள்! வாள் உறையிலிருந்து வெளியே உள்ளது. வாள் கூர்மையாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது! வாள் கொலை செய்யத் தயாராக இருக்கிறது. இது மின்னலைப் போன்று ஒளிவிட கூர்மையாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது!
