3. எருசலேமில் குடியிருந்த தலைவர்கள் இத் தகையவர்கள். (இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களில் சிலர் ஆசாரியர்கள், லேவியர்கள், ஆலயப் பணியாளர்கள், சாலொமோனின் வேலைக்காரர்களின் சந்ததியினர். இவர்கள் யூதாவின் நகரங்களில் வாழ்ந்தனர். ஒவ்வொருவரும் தங்களுக்குச் சொந்தமான வெவ்வேறு பட்டணங்களில் வாழ்ந்தனர்.
