(20-21) பிறகு நெபுசராதான் அவர்கள் அனைவரையும் பாபிலோனுக்கு அழைத்துச் சென்று ரிப்லாவில் இருந்த பாபிலோனிய அரசனிடம் கொண்டு போனான். அவர்களைப் பாபிலோன் அரசன் ஆமாத் தேசத்தின் பட்டணமான ரிப்லா என்னும் இடத்தில் வெட்டிக் கொன்றுபோட்டான். இவ்வாறே யூத ஜனங்களும் தங்கள் தேசத்திலிருந்து சிறைக்கு கொண்டுப்போகப்பட்டனர்.
