4. பிறகு, தேவனே அனைத்து நாடுகளிலும் உள்ள ஜனங்களுக்கும் நீதிபதியாவார். தேவன் பலரது வாக்குவாதங்களை முடித்துவைப்பார். சண்டைக்காகத் தங்கள் ஆயுதங்களைப் பயன்படுத்துவதை ஜனங்கள் நிறுத்துவார்கள். அவர்கள் தங்கள் வாள்களை கலப்பையின் கொழுவாகச் செய்வார்கள். அவர்கள் தங்கள் ஈட்டிகளிலிருந்து செடிகளை வெட்டும் கருவிகளைச் செய்வார்கள். ஜனங்கள், மற்றவர்களோடு சண்டையிடுவதை நிறுத்துவார்கள். ஜனங்கள் மீண்டும் யுத்தத்திற்குரிய பயிற்சி பெறமாட்டார்கள்.
