24. இஸ்ரவேலர் அவனைப் பட்டயக்கருக்கினால் வெட்டி, அர்னோன் தொடங்கி அம்மோன் புத்திரரின் தேசத்தைச்சார்ந்த யாப்போக்குவரைக்குமுள்ள அவனுடைய தேசத்தைக் கட்டிக்கொண்டார்கள்; அம்மோன் புத்திரரின் எல்லை அரணிப்பானதாயிருந்தது.

24. இஸ்ரவேலர் அவனைப் பட்டயக்கருக்கினால் வெட்டி, அர்னோன் தொடங்கி அம்மோன் புத்திரரின் தேசத்தைச்சார்ந்த யாப்போக்குவரைக்குமுள்ள அவனுடைய தேசத்தைக் கட்டிக்கொண்டார்கள்; அம்மோன் புத்திரரின் எல்லை அரணிப்பானதாயிருந்தது.

24. இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்கள் அந்த அரசனைக் கொன்றனர். பிறகு அவர்கள் அவனுடைய நாட்டை அர்னோன் நதி முதல் யாப்போக் நதிவரை எடுத்துக்கொண்டனர். அவர்கள் எடுத்துக் கொண்ட நாடானது அன்று வரை அம்மோனியர்களின் எல்லையாக இருந்தது. அம்மோனிய ஜனங்களால் பலமாக பாதுகாக்கப்பட்டதால் அவர்கள் எல்லை வரை நிறுத்திக் கொண்டார்கள்.
