24:23. அப்பொழுது அவன்: அப்படியானால், இப்பொழுதும் உங்கள் நடுவே இருக்கிற அந்நியதேவர்களை அகற்றிவிட்டு, உங்கள் இருதயத்தை இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு நேராகத் திருப்புங்கள் என்றான்.

24:23. அப்போது யோசுவா, "உங்களிடமிருக்கிற பொய்த் தெய்வங்களை எடுத்து வீசிவிடுங்கள். இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரை உங்கள் முழுமனதோடும் நேசியுங்கள்" என்றான்.

24:23. Joshua said, "Now put aside the foreign gods that are among you and submit to the LORD God of Israel."

24:23. "All right then," Joshua said, "destroy the idols among you, and turn your hearts to the LORD, the God of Israel."

24:23. Now therefore put away, said he, the foreign gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto Jehovah, the God of Israel.

24:23. He said, "Then put away the foreign gods that are among you, and incline your heart to the LORD, the God of Israel."

24:23. Now therefore put away, [said he,] the strange gods which [are] among you, and incline your heart unto the LORD God of Israel.

24:23. He said, "Then put away the foreign gods which are among you, and incline your heart to the LORD, the God of Israel."

24:23. and, now, turn aside the gods of the stranger which [are] in your midst, and incline your heart unto Jehovah, God of Israel.`

24:23. Then Joshua said, "So throw away the false gods that you have among you. Love the Lord, the God of Israel, with all your heart."
