24:10. பிலேயாமுக்குச் செவிகொடுக்க எனக்குச் சித்தமில்லாததினாலே, அவன் உங்களை ஆசீர்வதிக்கவே ஆசீர்வதித்தான், இவ்விதமாய் உங்களை அவன் கைக்குத் தப்புவித்தேன்.

24:10. ஆனால் கர்த்தராகிய, நான், பிலேயாம் கூறுவதைக் கேட்க மறுத்தேன். எனவே பிலேயாம் உங்களுக்கு நல்லவை நிகழவேண்டுமெனக் கேட்டான்! அவன் உங்களைப் பலமுறை ஆசீர்வதித்தான். நான் உங்களைக் காப்பாற்றி, தீமைகளினின்று விலக்கினேன்.

24:10. I refused to respond to Balaam; he kept prophesying good things about you, and I rescued you from his power.

24:10. but I would not listen to him. Instead, I made Balaam bless you, and so I rescued you from Balak.

24:10. but I would not hearken unto Balaam; therefore he blessed you still: so I delivered you out of his hand.
