4:4. மேலும், தேவன் தம்முடைய கிரியைகளையெல்லாம் முடித்து ஏழாம் நாளிலே ஓய்ந்திருந்தார் என்று ஏழாம்நாளைக்குறித்து ஓரிடத்தில் சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்.

4:4. வாரத்தின் ஏழாவது நாளைப் பற்றி தேவன் பேசினார் என்று எழுதப்பட்டிருக்கிறது, ஏழாவது நாளில் தேவன் அனைத்து வேலைகளில் இருந்தும் ஓய்வு எடுத்தார்.

4:4. For he has spoken somewhere about the seventh day in this way: "And God rested on the seventh day from all his works,"

4:4. We know it is ready because of the place in the Scriptures where it mentions the seventh day: "On the seventh day God rested from all his work."

4:4. For he hath said somewhere of the seventh day on this wise, And God rested on the seventh day from all his works;
