25:1. மனிதருக்குள்ளே வழக்குண்டாய், அவர்கள் நியாயம் விசாரிக்கப்பட நியாயஸ்தலத்திலே வந்தால், நியாயாதிபதிகள் நீதிமானை நீதிமான் என்றும் குற்றவாளியைக் குற்றவாளி என்றும் தீர்க்கக்கடவர்கள்.

25:1. "இருவருக்குள் வாக்குவாதம் முற்றி அதனால், அவர்கள் தங்கள் வழக்கைத் தீர்க்க நீதிமன்றம் வந்தால் நீதிபதிகள் அவ்விருவரில் யார் நிரபராதி? யார் குற்றவாளி? என்று முடிவு செய்வர்.
