21:6. கொலைசெய்யப்பட்டவனுக்குச் சமீபமான பட்டணத்தின் மூப்பர் எல்லாரும் பள்ளத்தாக்கிலே தலை வெட்டப்பட்ட கிடாரியின்மேல் தங்கள் கைகளைக் கழுவி:

21:6. கொலை செய்யப்பட்ட மனிதனுக்கு அருகிலுள்ள ஊரின் தலைவர்கள் எல்லோரும், பள்ளத்தாக்கில் கழுத்து வெட்டப்பட்டு தலை துண்டிக்கப்பட்டக் கிடாரின்மேல் தங்கள் கைகளை கழுவிட வேண்டும்.

21:6. and all the elders of that city nearest the corpse must wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley.
