6:14. எனவே உண்மை என்னும் இடுப்புக் கச்சையைக் கட்டிக்கொண்டு வலிமையாகுங்கள். சரியான வாழ்க்கை என்னும் கவசத்தை உங்கள் மார்பில் அணிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.
