2:23. நாசரேத்து என்னும் ஊரிலே வந்து வாசம்பண்ணினான். நசரேயன் என்னப்படுவார் என்று, தீர்க்கதரிசிகளால் உரைக்கப்பட்டது நிறைவேறும்படி இப்படி நடந்தது.

2:23. யோசேப்பு நாசரேத் என்னும் நகருக்குச் சென்று அங்கு வசித்தான். எனவே தேவன் தீர்க்கதரிசிகள் வாயிலாக "கிறிஸ்து நசரேயன் என்று அழைக்கப்படுவார்" என சொன்னது நடந்தேறியது.

2:23. He came to a town called Nazareth and lived there. Then what had been spoken by the prophets was fulfilled, that Jesus would be called a Nazarene.
