1:14. மனுஷரைச் சமுத்திரத்து மச்சங்களுக்கும், அதிகாரியில்லாத ஊர்வனவற்றிற்கும் சமானமாக்குகிறதென்ன?

1:14. "நீர் ஜனங்களை கடலில் உள்ள மீன்களைப் போலவும், கடலில் உள்ள தலைவனற்ற சிறிய உயிரினங்களைப்போன்றும் படைத்துள்ளீர்.

1:14. You made people like fish in the sea, like animals in the sea that have no ruler.

1:14. Are we only fish to be caught and killed? Are we only sea creatures that have no leader?

1:14. and makest men as the fishes of the sea, as the creeping things, that have no ruler over them?

1:14. You make mankind like the fish of the sea, like crawling things that have no ruler.
