8:14. இஸ்ரவேல் தன்னை உண்டாக்கினவரை மறந்து கோவில்களைக் கட்டுகிறான்; யூதா அரணான பட்டணங்களைப் பெருகப்பண்ணுகிறான்; ஆனாலும் நான் அதின் நகரங்களில் அக்கினியை வரப்பண்ணுவேன்; அது அவைகளின் கோவில்களைப் பட்சிக்கும்.

8:14. இஸ்ரவேல் அரசர்களின் வீடுகளைக் கட்டினார்கள். ஆனால் இஸ்ரவேல் அதனை உருவாக்கியவரை மறந்துவிட்டது. இப்போது யூதா கோவில்களைக் கட்டுகின்றது. ஆனால் நான் யூதவின் நகரங்களுக்கு நெருப்பை அனுப்புவேன். நெருப்பானது அதன் கோட்டைகளை அழிக்கும்!"

8:14. Israel has forgotten his Maker and built royal palaces, and Judah has built many fortified cities. But I will send fire on their cities; it will consume their royal citadels.

8:14. Israel has forgotten its Maker and built great palaces, and Judah has fortified its cities. Therefore, I will send down fire on their cities and will burn up their fortresses."

8:14. For Israel hath forgotten his Maker, and builded palaces; and Judah hath multiplied fortified cities: but I will send a fire upon his cities, and it shall devour the castles thereof.

8:14. For Israel has forgotten his Maker and built palaces, and Judah has multiplied fortified cities; so I will send a fire upon his cities, and it shall devour her strongholds.

8:14. Israel has built palaces for their kings, and now Judah builds fortresses. But they have forgotten their Maker! So I will send fire to destroy their cities and fortresses!"

8:14. For Israel has forgotten his Maker and built palaces; And Judah has multiplied fortified cities; But I will send a fire on his cities, And it will devour its fortresses."

8:14. For Israel H3478 hath forgotten H7911 H853 his Maker, H6213 and buildeth H1129 temples; H1964 and Judah H3063 hath multiplied H7235 fenced H1219 cities: H5892 but I will send H7971 a fire H784 upon his cities, H5892 and it shall devour H398 the palaces H759 thereof.
