49:12. கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, பாத்திரத்தில் குடிக்கவேண்டுமென்கிற நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கு உள்ளாயிராதவர்கள் அதில் குடித்தார்கள்; நீ குற்றமற்று நீங்கலாயிருப்பாயோ? நீ நீங்கலாயிராமல் அதில் நிச்சயமாய்க் குடிப்பாய்.

49:12. இதுதான் கர்த்தர் சொல்கிறது: "சில ஜனங்கள் தண்டிக்கப்படத்தக்கவர் அல்ல. ஆனால் அவர்கள் துன்புறுகிறார்கள். ஆனால் ஏதோம் நீ தண்டிக்கப்படத் தகுதி உள்ளவன். எனவே, நீ உண்மையாகத் தண்டிக்கப்படுவாய். உனக்கேற்ற தண்டனையிலிருந்து நீ தப்பிக்கமாட்டாய் நீ தண்டிக்கப்படுவாய்."

49:12. For the LORD says, "If even those who did not deserve to drink from the cup of my wrath must drink from it, do you think you will go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, but must certainly drink from the cup of my wrath.

49:12. And this is what the LORD says: "If the innocent must suffer, how much more must you! You will not go unpunished! You must drink this cup of judgment!

49:12. For thus saith Jehovah: Behold, they to whom it pertained not to drink of the cup shall assuredly drink; and art thou he that shall altogether go unpunished? thou shalt not go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink.

49:12. For thus says the LORD: "If those who did not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, will you go unpunished? You shall not go unpunished, but you must drink.

49:12. For thus saith the LORD; Behold, they whose judgment [was] not to drink of the cup have assuredly drunken; and [art] thou he [that] shall altogether go unpunished? thou shalt not go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink [of it. ]

49:12. This is what the Lord says: "Some people don't deserve to be punished, but they suffer. But, Edom, you deserve to be punished, so you will really be punished. You will not escape the punishment you deserve. You will be punished."

49:12. For thus says Yahweh: Behold, they to whom it didn\'t pertain to drink of the cup shall assuredly drink; and are you he who shall altogether go unpunished? you shall not go unpunished, but you shall surely drink.

49:12.
