44:4. நான் வெறுக்கிற இந்த அருவருப்பான காரியத்தைச் செய்யாதிருங்களென்று, தீர்க்கதரிசிகளாகிய என் ஊழியக்காரரைக்கொண்டு உங்களுக்கு ஏற்கனவே சொல்லியனுப்பிக்கொண்டிருந்தேன்.

44:4. மீண்டும் மீண்டும் எனது தீர்க்கதரிசிகளை அவர்களிடம் அனுப்பினேன். அத்தீர்க்கதரிசிகள் எனது வேலைக்காரர்களாக இருந்தனர். அத்தீர்க்கதரிசிகள் எனது செய்திகளைப் பேசினார்கள். அந்த ஜனங்களிடம், ‘இப் பயங்கரமானவற்றைச் செய்யாதீர்கள். விக்கிரகங்களை நீங்கள் வழிபடுவதை நான் வெறுக்கிறேன்" என்றனர்.

44:4. I sent my servants the prophets to you people over and over again warning you not to do this disgusting thing I hate.
