55:13. முட்செடிக்குப் பதிலாகத் தேவதாரு விருட்சம் முளைக்கும்; காஞ்சொறிக்குப் பதிலாக மிருதுச்செடி எழும்பும்; அது கர்த்தருக்குக் கீர்த்தியாகவும், நிர்மூலமாகாத நித்திய அடையாளமாகவும் இருக்கும்.

55:13. முட்செடிப் புதருக்குப் பதிலாக அவ்விடங்களில் பருத்த தேவதாரு மரங்கள் வளரும். களைகள் இருந்த இடத்தில் பசுமையான மரங்கள் வளரும். இவை கர்த்தருடைய புகழைப் பரப்பும். கர்த்தர் வல்லமையுடையவர் என்பதற்கு இவை சான்றாகும். இந்தச் சான்றுகள் ஒருபோதும் அழியாது."

55:13. Evergreens will grow in place of thorn bushes, firs will grow in place of nettles; they will be a monument to the LORD, a permanent reminder that will remain.

55:13. Where once there were thorns, cypress trees will grow. Where nettles grew, myrtles will sprout up. These events will bring great honor to the LORD's name; they will be an everlasting sign of his power and love."

55:13. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir-tree; and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle-tree: and it shall be to Jehovah for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.
