40:9. சீயோன் என்னும் சுவிசேஷகியே, நீ உயர்ந்த பர்வதத்தில் ஏறு; எருசலேம் என்னும் சுவிசேஷகியே, நீ உரத்த சத்தமிட்டுக் கூப்பிடு, பயப்படாமல் சத்தமிட்டு, யூதா பட்டணங்களை நோக்கி: இதோ, உங்கள் தேவன் என்று கூறு.

40:9. சீயோனே! உன்னிடம் சொல்வதற்கான நற்செய்திகள் உள்ளன. உயரமான மலைக்கு மேலே போய் நற்செய்திகளை சத்தமாய் சொல்! எருசலேமே! உன்னிடம், சொல்வதற்கான நற்செய்திகள் உள்ளன அஞ்சவேண்டாம். சாந்தமாய் பேசு! யூதாவிலுள்ள அனைத்து நகரங்களிலும் இந்தச் செய்திகளைக் கூறு: "பார், உன் தேவன் இங்கே இருக்கிறார்!

40:9. Go up on a high mountain, O herald Zion! Shout out loudly, O herald Jerusalem! Shout, don't be afraid! Say to the towns of Judah, "Here is your God!"

40:9. O Zion, messenger of good news, shout from the mountaintops! Shout it louder, O Jerusalem. Shout, and do not be afraid. Tell the towns of Judah, "Your God is coming!"

40:9. O thou that tellest good tidings to Zion, get thee up on a high mountain; O thou that tellest good tidings to Jerusalem, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold, your God!
