4:6. வருத்தத்தோடும் மனச்சஞ்சலத்தோடும் இரண்டு கைப்பிடியும் நிறையக்கொண்டிருப்பதைப்பார்க்கிலும், அமைச்சலோடு ஒரு கைப்பிடி நிறையக் கொண்டிருப்பதே நலம்.

4:6. அது உண்மையாக இருக்கலாம். எப்பொழுதும் அதிகமானவற்றைப் பெறுவதற்குப் போராடிக் கொண்டிருப்பதைவிட இருக்கின்றவற்றை வைத்து திருப்தி அடைவது நல்லது என்று நான் சொல்லுவேன்.
