28:16. பிரபு புத்தியீனனாயிருந்தால் அவன் செய்யும் இடுக்கண் மிகுதி; பொருளாசையை வெறுக்கிறவன் தீர்க்காயுசைப் பெறுவான்.

28:16. ஆட்சி செய்பவன் ஞானமுள்ளவனாக இல்லாவிட்டால், தனக்குக் கீழுள்ள ஜனங்களைத் துன்புறுத்துவான். ஆனால் நேர்மையாய் ஆட்சி செய்து, ஜனங்களை ஏமாற்றுவதை வெறுக்கிறவன் நீண்டகாலம் ஆட்சி செய்வான்.
