10:13. புத்திமானுடைய உதடுகளில் விளங்குவது ஞானம்; மதிகேடனுடைய முதுகுக்கு ஏற்றது பிரம்பு.

10:13. அறிவுள்ளவர்கள் கேட்கத்தக்கவற்றைப் பேசுகிறார்கள். ஆனால் அறிவில்லாதவர்களோ பாடம் கற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கு முன்னதாகவே தண்டிக்கப்படவேண்டும்.

10:13. Wisdom is found in the words of the discerning person, but the one who lacks wisdom will be disciplined.

10:13. Wise words come from the lips of people with understanding, but those lacking sense will be beaten with a rod.
