17:16. அமலேக்கின் கை கர்த்தருடைய சிங்காசனத்துக்கு விரோதமாயிருந்தபடியால், தலைமுறை தலைமுறைதோறும் அவனுக்கு விரோதமாய் கர்த்தரின் யுத்தம் நடக்கும் என்றான்.

17:16. மோசே, "கர்த்தருடைய சிங்காசனத்திற்கு நேராக என் கைகளை உயர்த்தினேன். ஆகையால் கர்த்தர் எப்பொழுதும் செய்தது போல தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாக அமலேக்கியரை எதிர்த்துப் போர் செய்தார்" என்றான்.

17:16. for he said, "For a hand was lifted up to the throne of the LORD— that the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation."

17:16. He said, "They have raised their fist against the LORD's throne, so now the LORD will be at war with Amalek generation after generation."

17:16. And he said, Jehovah hath sworn: Jehovah will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

17:16. saying, "A hand upon the throne of the LORD! The LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation."

17:16. For he said, Because the LORD hath sworn [that] the LORD [will have] war with Amalek from generation to generation.

17:16. saying, "A hand upon the banner of the LORD! The LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation."

17:16. and he said, The LORD hath sworn: the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

17:16. and saith, `Because a hand [is] on the throne of Jah, war [is] to Jehovah with Amalek from generation -- generation.`

17:16. Moses said, "I lifted my hands toward the Lord's throne. So the Lord fought against the Amalekites, as he always has."

17:16. He said, "Yah has sworn: \'Yahweh will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.\'"
