31:23. தேவன் ஆக்கினையிடுவார் என்றும், அவருடைய மகத்துவத்தை உத்தரிக்கக்கூடாது என்றும், எனக்குப் பயங்கரமாயிருந்தது.

31:23. ஆனால் நான் அத்தகைய தீயகாரியங்கள் எதையும் செய்யவில்லை. நான் தேவனுடைய தண்டனைக்கு அஞ்சியிருக்கிறேன். அவரது மகத்துவம் என்னை அச்சுறுத்துகிறது.

31:23. For the calamity from God was a terror to me, and by reason of his majesty I was powerless.

31:23. That would be better than facing God's judgment. For if the majesty of God opposes me, what hope is there?
