2:68. வம்சங்களின் தலைவரில் சிலர் எருசலேமிலுள்ள கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்துக்கு வந்தபோது, தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தை அதின் ஸ்தானத்திலே எடுப்பிக்கும்படிக்கு, அதற்கான மன உற்சாகமாய்க் காணிக்கைகளைக் கொடுத்தார்கள்.

2:68. இக்கூட்டம் எருசலேமிலுள்ள கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திற்குப் போய்ச் சேர்ந்தது. பிறகு குடும்பத் தலைவர்கள் கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திற்காக அன்பளிப்புகளைக் கொடுத்தனர். ஆலயம் அழிக்கப்பட்ட இடத்திலேயே புதிய ஆலயத்தைக் கட்ட எண்ணினார்கள்.

2:68. When they came to the LORD's temple in Jerusalem, some of the family leaders offered voluntary offerings for the temple of God in order to rebuild it on its site.

2:68. When they arrived at the Temple of the LORD in Jerusalem, some of the family leaders made voluntary offerings toward the rebuilding of God's Temple on its original site,

2:68. And some of the heads of fathers houses, when they came to the house of Jehovah which is in Jerusalem, offered willingly for the house of God to set it up in its place:

2:68. Some of the heads of families, when they came to the house of the LORD that is in Jerusalem, made freewill offerings for the house of God, to erect it on its site.

2:68. And [some] of the chief of the fathers, when they came to the house of the LORD which [is] at Jerusalem, offered freely for the house of God to set it up in his place:

2:68. Some of the heads of families, when they came to the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem, made freewill offerings for the house of God, to erect it on its site;

2:68. And some of the heads of fathers- {cf15i houses}, when they came to the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem, offered willingly for the house of God to set it up in its place:

2:68. And some of the heads of the fathers in their coming in to the house of Jehovah that [is] in Jerusalem, have offered willingly for the house of God, to establish it on its base;

2:68. When the group arrived at the place in Jerusalem where the Lord's Temple had been, the family leaders gave their gifts for building this house of God again. They wanted to build it in this same place.

2:68. Some of the heads of fathers\' houses, when they came to the house of Yahweh which is in Jerusalem, offered willingly for the house of God to set it up in its place:

2:68. And [some] of the chief H4480 H7218 of the fathers, H1 when they came H935 to the house H1004 of the LORD H3068 which H834 [is] at Jerusalem, H3389 offered freely H5068 for the house H1004 of God H430 to set it up H5975 in H5921 his place: H4349
