2:63. ஊரீம் தும்மீம் என்பவைகளுள்ள ஒரு ஆசாரியன் எழும்புமட்டும், இவர்கள் மகா பரிசுத்தமானதிலே புசிக்கத் தகாதென்று திர்ஷாதா அவர்களுக்குச் சொன்னான்.

2:63. இவர்கள் பரிசுத்தமான உணவுப் பொருட்கள் எதையும் உண்ணக்கூடாது என்று ஆளுநர் கட்டளையிட்டார். ஓர் ஆசாரியன் ஊரீமையும் தும்மீமையும் பயன்படுத்தி, தேவனிடம் என்ன செய்யவேண்டும் என்பதைக் கேட்கும் வரைக்கும் அவர்களால் அந்த உணவு எதையும் உண்ண முடியவில்லை.
