18:5. அப்பொழுது இஸ்ரவேலின் ராஜா நானூறு தீர்க்கதரிசிகளைக் கூடிவரச்செய்து: நாங்கள் கீலேயாத்திலுள்ள ராமோத்தின்மேல் யுத்தம்பண்ணப் போகலாமா, போகலாகாதா என்று அவர்களைக் கேட்டான். அதற்கு அவர்கள்: போம், தேவன் ராஜாவின் கையில் அதை ஒப்புக்கொடுப்பார் என்றார்கள்.

18:5. எனவே அரசன் ஆகாப் 400 தீர்க்கதரிசிகளை அணிதிரட்டினான். ஆகாப் அவர்களிடம், "நம்மால் ராமோத் கீலேயாத்துக்கு எதிராகப் போக முடியுமா அல்லது முடியாதா?" என்று கேட்டான். தீர்க்கதரிசிகளோ, "போக முடியும், ராமோத் கீலேயாத்தைத் தோற்கடிக்க தேவன் உதவுவார்" என்றனர்.

18:5. So the king of Israel assembled 400 prophets and asked them, "Should we attack Ramoth Gilead or not?" They said, "Attack! God will hand it over to the king."
