18:8. அவன் பெலிஸ்தரைக் காசாமட்டும் அதின் எல்லைகள் பரியந்தமும், காவலாளர் காக்கிற கோபுரங்கள் தொடங்கி அரணான நகரங்கள் பரியந்தமும் முறிய அடித்தான்.

18:8. எசேக்கியா பெலிஸ்தியர்களைத் தோற்கடித்தான். காசாவரையும் அதன் சுற்று வட்டாரங்களையும் வென்றான். பெலிஸ்தியரின் சிறியதும் பெரியதுமான (கோட்டையமைந்த) நகரங்களையெல்லாம் தோற்கடித்துவிட்டான்.
