48:4. நான் உன்னைப் பலுகவும் பெருகவும் பண்ணி, உன்னைப் பல ஜனக்கூட்டமாக்கி, உனக்குப் பின்வரும் உன் சந்ததிக்கு இந்தத் தேசத்தை நித்திய சுதந்தரமாகக் கொடுப்பேன் என்று என்னோடே சொன்னார்.

48:4. தேவன் என்னிடம், ‘உன்னைப் பெரிய குடும்பமாக செய்வேன். நிறைய குழந்தைகளைத் தருவேன். நீங்கள் பெரிய இனமாக வருவீர்கள். உன் குடும்பம் இந்த நிலத்தைச் சொந்தமாக்கிக் கொள்ளும்’ என்றார்.

48:4. He said to me, 'I am going to make you fruitful and will multiply you. I will make you into a group of nations, and I will give this land to your descendants as an everlasting possession.'

48:4. He said to me, 'I will make you fruitful, and I will multiply your descendants. I will make you a multitude of nations. And I will give this land of Canaan to your descendants after you as an everlasting possession.'

48:4. and said unto me, Behold, I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will make of thee a company of peoples, and will give this land to thy seed after thee for an everlasting possession.

48:4. and said to me, 'Behold, I will make you fruitful and multiply you, and I will make of you a company of peoples and will give this land to your offspring after you for an everlasting possession.'

48:4. And said unto me, Behold, I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will make of thee a multitude of people; and will give this land to thy seed after thee [for] an everlasting possession.

48:4. and said to me, `Behold, I will make you fruitful, and multiply you, and I will make of you a company of peoples, and will give this land to your descendants after you for an everlasting possession.'
