44:26. அதற்கு: நாங்கள் போகக்கூடாது; எங்கள் இளைய சகோதரன் எங்களோடே வந்தால் போவோம்; எங்கள் இளைய சகோதரன் எங்களோடே வராவிட்டால், நாங்கள் அந்தப் புருஷனுடைய முகத்தைக்காணக்கூடாது என்றோம்.

44:26. நாங்கள் எங்கள் தந்தையிடம் ‘நாங்கள் எங்கள் இளைய சகோதரன் இல்லாமல் போகமாட்டோம். ஆளுநர் இவனைப் பார்க்காவிட்டால் தானியம் தர முடியாது என்று கூறியிருக்கிறார்’ என்றோம்.
