18:25. துன்மார்க்கனோடே நீதிமானையும் சங்கரிப்பது உமக்குத் தூரமாயிருப்பதாக; நீதிமானையும் துன்மார்க்கனையும் சமமாய் நடப்பிப்பது உமக்குத் தூரமாயிருப்பதாக; சர்வலோக நியாயாதிபதி நீதிசெய்யாதிருப்பாரோ என்றான்.

18:25. உம்மால் உறுதியாக அந்நகரத்தை அழிக்க முடியாது. தீயவர்களை அழிப்பதற்காக அந்த 50 நல்ல மனிதர்களையும் உம்மால் அழிக்க முடியாது. அவ்வாறு நடந்தால் பிறகு நல்ல மனிதர்களும் தீய மனிதர்களும் ஒரே மாதிரி ஆகிவிடுவார்கள். இருவருமே தண்டிக்கப்பட்டுவிடுவார்கள். பூமி முழுவதற்கும் நீரே நீதிபதி. நீர் நியாயமானவற்றையே செய்வீர் என்று எனக்குத் தெரியும்" என்றான்.

18:25. Far be it from you to do such a thing— to kill the godly with the wicked, treating the godly and the wicked alike! Far be it from you! Will not the judge of the whole earth do what is right?"

18:25. Surely you wouldn't do such a thing, destroying the righteous along with the wicked. Why, you would be treating the righteous and the wicked exactly the same! Surely you wouldn't do that! Should not the Judge of all the earth do what is right?"

18:25. That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked, that so the righteous should be as the wicked; that be far from thee: shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

18:25. Far be it from you to do such a thing, to put the righteous to death with the wicked, so that the righteous fare as the wicked! Far be that from you! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do what is just?"

18:25. That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

18:25. Far be it from thee to do such a thing, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous fare as the wicked! Far be that from thee! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?"

18:25. Far be it from Thee to do according to this thing, to put to death the righteous with the wicked; that it hath been -- as the righteous so the wicked -- far be it from Thee; doth the Judge of all the earth not do justice?`

18:25. Surely you would not destroy the city. You would not destroy fifty good people to kill those who are evil. If that happened, those who are good would be the same as those who are evil—both would be punished. As the judge of the whole world, surely you would do the right thing!"

18:25. Be it far from you to do things like that, to kill the righteous with the wicked, that so the righteous should be as the wicked. May that be far from you. Shouldn\'t the Judge of all the earth do right?"

18:25.
