17:17. அப்பொழுது ஆபிரகாம் முகங்குப்புற விழுந்து நகைத்து: நூறுவயதானவனுக்குப் பிள்ளை பிறக்குமோ? தொண்ணூறு வயதான சாராள் பிள்ளை பெறுவாளோ? என்று தன் இருதயத்திலே சொல்லிக்கொண்டு,

17:17. ஆபிரகாம் தன் முகம் தரையில்படும்படி விழுந்து வணங்கி தேவனுக்கு மரியாதை செலுத்தினான். எனினும் அவன் தனக்குள் சிரித்துக் கொண்டே, "எனக்கு 100 வயது ஆகிறது. என்னால் ஒரு மகன் பிறப்பது கூடியகாரியமா?. சாராளுக்கோ 90 வயது. அவள் ஒரு மகனைப் பெறுவது எப்படி?" என்றான்.

17:17. Then Abraham bowed down with his face to the ground and laughed as he said to himself, "Can a son be born to a man who is a hundred years old? Can Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?"

17:17. Then Abraham bowed down to the ground, but he laughed to himself in disbelief. "How could I become a father at the age of 100?" he thought. "And how can Sarah have a baby when she is ninety years old?"

17:17. Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is a hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?

17:17. Then Abraham fell on his face and laughed and said to himself, "Shall a child be born to a man who is a hundred years old? Shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child?"

17:17. Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall [a child] be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?

17:17. Then Abraham fell on his face and laughed, and said to himself, "Shall a child be born to a man who is a hundred years old? Shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child?"

17:17. Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?

17:17. And Abraham falleth upon his face, and laugheth, and saith in his heart, `To the son of an hundred years is one born? or doth Sarah -- daughter of ninety years -- bear?`

17:17. Abraham bowed his face to the ground to show he respected God. But he laughed and said to himself, "I am 100 years old. I cannot have a son, and Sarah is 90 years old. She cannot have a child."

17:17. Then Abraham fell on his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, "Will a child be born to him who is one hundred years old? Will Sarah, who is ninety years old, give birth?"

17:17. Then Abraham H85 fell H5307 upon H5921 his face, H6440 and laughed, H6711 and said H559 in his heart, H3820 Shall [a] [child] be born H3205 unto him that is a hundred H3967 years H8141 old H1121 ? and shall Sarah, H8283 that is ninety H8673 years H8141 old, H1323 bear H3205 ?
