12:7. கர்த்தர் ஆபிராமுக்குத் தரிசனமாகி: உன் சந்ததிக்கு இந்தத் தேசத்தைக் கொடுப்பேன் என்றார். அப்பொழுது அவன் தனக்குத் தரிசனமான கர்த்தருக்கு அங்கே ஒரு பலிபீடத்தைக் கட்டினான்.

12:7. கர்த்தர் ஆபிராமுக்குக் காட்சியளித்து, "நான் உன் சந்ததிக்கு இத்தேசத்தைக் கொடுப்பேன்" என்றார். கர்த்தர் காட்சியளித்த இடத்தில் ஆபிராம் கர்த்தரைத் தொழுகைசெய்ய ஒரு பலிபீடத்தைக் கட்டினான்.

12:7. The LORD appeared to Abram and said, "To your descendants I will give this land." So Abram built an altar there to the LORD, who had appeared to him.
