29. ஆனால் ஏழைகளுக்கு உதவ வேண்டாமென்று தேவன் முடிவுச் செய்தால், ஒரு வரும் தேவனைக் குற்றவாளியாக நியாயந்தீர்க்க முடியாது. தேவன் ஜனங்களிடமிருந்து தன்னை மறைத்து கொண்டாரானால் அப்போது அவரை ஒருவரும் பார்க்க முடியாது. தேவனே ஜனங்களுக்கும் தேசங்களுக்கும் அரசர்.
