23. பவுலைக் காவலில் வைக்கவும், கண்டிப்பில்லாமல் நடத்தவும், அவனுக்கு சேவைசெய்கிறதற்கும் அவனைக் கவனித்துக்கொள்ளுகிறதற்கும் வருகிற அவனுடைய மனிதர்களில் ஒருவரையும் தடைசெய்யாதிருக்கவும் நூறுபேருக்கு அதிபதியானவனுக்கு ஆணையிட்டு, அவர்களைக் காத்திருக்கும்படி செய்தான்.
