28. எனவே, இந்த நாட்டிலுள்ள ஜனங்கள் மரித்துப்போன ஜனங்களுக்காகக் கதறுவார்கள். வானம் இருண்டுப்போகும் நான் சொல்லியிருக்கிறேன். அதனை மாற்றமாட்டேன். நான் ஏற்கனவே முடிவு செய்திருக்கிறேன். நான் எனது மனதை மாற்றமாட்டேன்" என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.
