27. எரேமியா சொல்ல, பாரூக்கு எழுதியிருந்த சொற்கள் அடங்கிய ஏட்டுச்சுருளை அரசன் எரித்த பின்னர் ஆண்டவரின் வாக்கு எரேமியாவுக்கு அருளப்பட்டது;

27. கர்த்தரிடமிருந்து எரேமியாவிற்குச் செய்தி வந்தது. இது, கர்த்தரிடமிருந்து வந்தச் செய்தி முழுவதும் எழுதப்பட்ட புத்தகச்சுருள் அரசன் யோயாக்கீமால் எரிக்கப்பட்டப்பிறகு வந்தது. எரேமியா பாருக்கிடம் பேசியிருந்தான். பாருக் அவற்றைப் புத்தகச் சுருளில் எழுதியிருந்தான். கர்த்தரிடமிருந்து எரேமியாவிற்கு வந்தச் செய்தி இதுதான்:
